USG Fetomaternal

National Hospital is the first hospital in East Java to offer Fetomaternal Ultrasound Screening (USG) services equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) technology that is safe and does not cause side effects. National Hospital’s Fetomaternal Ultrasound service is supported by the Voluson Expert 22 ultrasound system, which features three key technologies. The first technology is a graphics-based beamformer with customizable user options and AI-assisted clinical tools, helping to ensure greater consistency in physicians’ examinations. The second technology combines Lyric architecture, which enhances processing power, detail, and resolution, resulting in improved 2D, 3D, and 4D imaging quality. The third technology is SonoLyst, which can identify fetal anatomy through annotations and measurements from a single scan. This advanced technology provides exceptionally clear real-time imaging, enabling patients to receive ultrasound results more quickly, achieve clearer detection of abnormalities, and obtain more accurate and comprehensive diagnoses regarding their baby’s development in the womb. The purpose of Fetomaternal Ultrasound is to detect abnormalities in both the mother and the fetus at an early stage during pregnancy. The examination is performed by a fetomaternal subspecialist and takes approximately 40 minutes. It includes screening for genetic abnormalities, organ development disorders, preterm birth risks, and miscarriage risks.
